Make a double batch.  It takes only a little extra effort to bake a double batch of 24 items giving you 6 for your lunchboxes or freezer and 18 to swap. It gives you a buffer to ensure you get at least 18 even if your recipe - for whatever reason - yields less than the full 24 one day when you are baking for your sw@p. 24 pieces (the 6 you keep and the 18 you swap) will give you a bounty of healthy, delicious items to cover morning and afternoon tea all week for 2 children with a few pieces to spare for a playdate.  Or morning tea for up to 5 children for a week.  All from just one BakeSw@p.
